Workshops details
- Duration: 18 hours per workshop (delivered in 6-hour sessions over 3 days).
- Cost: $350 USD per workshop per participant for physical presence and/or 250 USD for remote presence (VAT excluded).
- The bundle discount is 10% if you register for both workshops.
- Groups from the same company receive a 10% discount.
- The training sessions will be held at ESA Business School, Beirut, at SMARTESA Building.
- Training sessions will start January, 2025.
- Registration fees include training material + one lunch and one coffee break per day.
- A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the sessions.

About the instructor
Roland Aoun is a seasoned marketer with a story that inspires. A firm believer in
the many powers of marketing, Aoun focused on developing his academic, professional, and personal skills to become the best marketing expert he could be in record time. As the years went by, Aoun alternated several marketing and sales
leadership positions in well-reputed firms across various fields in Lebanon. In parallel, with his industry knowledge, experience, and achievements growing by the day, he started playing an increasingly important role as a marketing consultant and influential marketing lecturer.
Starting in 2010, Aoun began delivering focused marketing and sales training and
workshops and soon became a reputable guest speaker on marketing, digital marketing, and sales topics at seminars and conferences.
For the past ten years, Roland has assisted more than 250 companies and entities in increasing the efficiency of their marketing functions and efforts. He served accounts spread over four continents, primarily focusing on SMEs on Lebanese soil, his natal country.
In 2022, he founded Blue Grapes Marketing®, a boutique consulting and training firm specializing in digital marketing.
He holds a master’s in marketing and communication from the prestigious École
Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) in Beirut and ESCP Business School in Europe. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in Ireland.
Roland does not live by a specific motto in life. For him, two elements are
essential to success: farsightedness and willpower. He tries to transfer this
perspective to his clients, co-workers, and students to generate a positive impact
around him.
He is a proud father of two kids and believes in family bonds at work, where
cooperation should replace competition.
